It was fine and just as illustrated but there was a gap in the fitting ring which I have had to have closed to prevent it coming undone.

Product good, description confusing
When you order a bracelet from the drop down menu make sure that the size you choose INCLUDES the length of the lock. This is not evident on the order page. I picked a lock and then picked a 6.3 inch bracelet. What I got was a much shorter length bracelet (the chain part, not the lock). So, I had to return the chain part and order a larger size - the postage (at FedEx) cost $12! So, it would have been cheaper and less hassle for me to buy the bracelet and lock at my local Trollbeads store.
The web site should be changed to REALLY make it clear that the bracelet 'size' includes the length of the lock.
